What’s going on? 25 September 2019 Aims: To provide a lecture detailing changes in delivery to oral health services in Scotland and identifying the impact on daily practice. The anticipated development outcomes for this course are A, B, C and D. Attendees will be able to identify aspects of the Oral Health Improvement Plan from Scottish Government and apply them to delivery of oral health services local to them Attendees will be able to evaluate the delivery of secondary care restorative dentistry services as an example of the case for change in the provision of secondary care oral health services Attendees will be able to assess the need for intermediary care services complementary to primary and secondary care service provision for oral health service deliveryReducing stress in dentistry/Exiting the EU 23 October 2019 Objectives To receive information on the factors and solutions to alleviate stress. Participants will also be able to describe some of the issues for dentists and wider society in the context of exiting the EU.
